He always eats eggs and bacon for breakfast.
Adverbs of frequency are words that indicate how often an action occurs. They are used to describe habits, routines, and recurring events. In English, these adverbs usually answer the question "How often...?" It's important to remember that, in most cases, the adverb of frequency comes before the main verb, except when used with the verb "to be," in which case it comes after.

always - 100% of the time
usually - most of the time
sometimes - approximately 50% of the time
rarely - not very often
never - 0% of the time
The adverb of frequency goes before the verb except with the verb "to be" (it goes after).

1. How often do you eat cereal for breakfast?
2. How often do you use a computer?
3. How often do you speak English?
4. How often do you exercise?
5. How often do you go to the movie theater?
6. How often do you watch TV?
7. How often do you read a book?
8. How often do you go to parties?
9. How often do you eat ice cream?
10. How often do you go to the park?
Write the answers in a complete sentence using the adverb in parentheses. Make sure you use the correct capitalization and include a period at the end.

How often do you eat eggs for breakfast? (rarely)

examples:
I always eat a sandwich for lunch.
