In this lesson, you'll learn the names of the letters of the English alphabet. There are 26 letters in the English alphabet. There are five vowels in English (A, E, I, O, U), but the letter Y sometimes acts as a vowel in English.
You can practice with the pronunciation of the letters in the following table. If you click on a letter, you'll hear its pronunciation. First, click on each letter in the list and repeat the pronunciation. Then, return to the beginning of the list and try pronouncing the letter before listening to the audio. After pronouncing it, click the audio link to hear the audio and compare it with your pronunciation.
